It is broken ... but now there's Careera (https://careera.io/) which can automate the whole process now E2E on both sides - recruiting manager and a job seeker. No more hundreds of CVs flying all over the place, no more bias, no more job applications needed.
Simple and useful.
Although I understand how much effort it takes to distill complex material into such simplicity.
