Polarity thinking is one the most powerful instruments I have used in my coaching and facilitation projects. It helped to overcome conflicts between people or even inner conflicts. It reminds me the Difference and Repeating philosophy of Gilles Deleuze.

This is awesome. I am absolutely in love with the concept and the practice as well. It became more and more obvious to me that the vast majority of my clients' challenges stem from polarities, and not having the right tools to navigate them. :)

Yes definitely. I think in the coaching / engineering management. I wouldn’t put a schedule and rather have here and there some „book insights“ instead of online resources :)
