I liked the practical tips you shared on this post, it's very common for "leaders" to jump on to provide solutions, I used to make the same mistake. But it doesn't foster growth and inspiration.

Could you please elaborate what you mean by keeping distance to maintain respect?
I meant that many leaders and managers feel that if they get too close to their reports they won't be respected, and will be difficult to hold them accountable.
As you can imagine by reading this newsletter, I personally think that's nonsense. :)
